Suggested use

Mix 1 scoop (13 grams) with at least 250 ml of a drink of your choice. Drink 30 minutes before working out. Do not exceed the daily recommendation of 1 dosage.

Beware: Black Label Pre-Workout contains a high amount of caffeine (330 mg per dose) and is therefore not suitable for children or women who are pregnant or who breastfeed.

Why is there so little information available about this product?
